  • Don’t eat heavy meals in the evening and try not to eat after 8pm to allow for digestion.
  • Stop looking at your phone and laptop by 9pm.
  • Try to be ready for bed by 10pm, even if you don’t fall asleep at that time.
  • Make sure the room is the right temperature. It should be a little bit cool - 65 degrees is ideal.
  • If you’re tossing and turning, put the light on and read or do breathing exercises until your eyes feel heavy.
