    Purpose:

    The Staff Accountant is responsible for various accounting assignments including but not limited to the audit reports, chargebacks, analysis of inflows and outflows from the bank, preparation of various journal entries into the general ledger system and other various accounting department reports and procedures.



    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Prepare accounting related entries to numerous registers, journals and logs
    • Follow our company’s established accounting process
    • Perform monthly bank reconciliations
    • Regularly maintain detailed reconciliations of all balance sheet accounts

    Position Summary:

    The licensed Esthetician and licensed Massage Therapist roles are to provide and maintain the highest standards of skin therapy and recommendations for home care. An Esthetician and Massage Therapist is to provide excellent guest care, and create a feeling of rest and relaxation for spa guests, resulting in increased treatment and retail sales.


    Responsibilities & Duties:
    • Provides guests with thorough and knowledgeable professional esthetics/massage therapy treatments.
    • Maintains the established revenue goals for the Travel Spa.
    • Ensures guests receive a detailed prescription plan after each service for home care regimen.
    • Demonstrates full knowledge and understanding of all services and products while educating guests in these areas.
    • Actively promotes ELEMIS Travel Spa treatments, retail products, packages, and seasonal promotions.
    • Uphold and practice the universal health care protocol/standards of sanitation and sterilization.
    • Performs prep work, cleans, and restocks room per spa standards.

    Job Requirements:
    • Must have an applicable New York State license to perform services.
    • Must have Retail/Sales Experience
    • Must have received skin training from an accredited/approved Esthetician school (Massage Therapists - massage training)
    • Must be available to work varying shifts such as: This is an evening shift only. (Work shift is 3:45pm to 10:15pm) Must work certain holidays etc.

    Technical or Administrative Knowledge:
    • Thoroughly educated and understands the anatomy of the body and the effects of the specific techniques utilized in order to determine whether such application is contraindicated and/or to determine the most beneficial services to recommend to a given individual.
    • Possess excellent communication skills and provide legible and articulate communication.

    • To provide service to Travel Spa clients before and after their treatments, during their treatment when needed and carry out the host role when needed, in accordance with:

    • To manage Book4Time, booking software to ensuring that appointments are made in the most appropriate and productive way possible through:
