    Purpose: Primary responsibilities of the Regional Business Manager is to drive new and existing ELEMIS spa business. To maximize sales and the brand, to sell and promote the benefits of the brand and treatments, train and provide PR support given by Elemis. Responsibilities also include ensuring that Company standards are maintained to the highest level and that professionalism, honesty and customer enthusiasm are maintained always.

    Job Description:
    • Own responsibility for (development and) implementation of sales initiatives and portfolio management within territory
    • Leverage insights, analysis, and strategic thinking to complete deliverables.
    • Represent the business at internal and external trade and consumer events or meetings, within territory except when timing and travel logistics are not deemed worthwhile or directed.
    • Maintain all company standards by described by ELEMIS, Steiner Leisure and VP of Premier Accounts.
    • This list is not exhaustive and additional responsibilities will likely arise.

    • Experience:
    • Minimum 5 years’ experience within Spa Industry (or similar) with proven record of sales growth.
    • General computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
    • Experience in a similar field sales role essential
    • Experience of new business development and prospecting
    • Successful sales track record
    • Experience and knowledge within the skincare/spa industry

    Locations:Arizona, Chicago, Dallas, Greenville/Charlotte, LA- Orange County, Las Vegas, Seattle, Denver Maryland, NY, NJ, Pittsburgh, Florida- Tampa, FT Lauderdale, FT Meyers

    Purpose: Primary scope of work for a freelance skincare advocate is to drive sales and education in the respective retailer accounts. The freelance advocate will sell and promote the benefits of the brand both to customers and retail employees. The scope of work will include ensuring company standards are maintained to the highest level of professionalism, honesty and customer enthusiasm.

    Job Description: This position is considered an entry level Account Executive role.
    • Must have a passion for skincare and the overall health of skin, incorporated with a proven track record for exceeding sales goals.
    • Ability to recruit customers off the selling floor for mini skincare services and consultations
    • Achieve the hourly sales goals with an hourly SPH of $125.00
    • Ability to work weekends and holidays
    • An expert working within the specialty retail environment
    • Educate in store sales associates on product knowledge, sales and mini services
    • Ability to build strong, effective, professional relationships
    • Must have reliable transportation
