    Position Summary:

    Support US Channel Marketing Director to increase brand awareness and support the US ELEMIS business for Spa, Maritime (Cruise), US Retail, QVC and Help to drive 360-degree marketing campaigns that encompass all consumer touchpoints. Work cross-functional with Sales, Creative and Operations to ensure all channels have appropriate tools to increase brand awareness, recruit new customers and significantly accelerate brand growth.

    • 2-4 years of experience
    • Experience in the Beauty industry is required, Skincare experience is preferred
    • Based full-time in New York City office
    • Mastery of Word, Excel and Powerpoint programs

    • Work closely with Channel Marketing Director to develop US marketing calendar and US channel-specific programs, including new launches, promotions and brand initiatives across all categories
    • Partner with sales channels to identify and execute US-specific needs including GWP, sampling, and exclusive sets. Spearhead execution working closely with Purchasing and Operations to ensure timely delivery dates.
    • Brief in brand tools needed to support each launch and/or existing business for US channels, including POS materials, brand visuals, emails, website/portal assets, videos, event activations and retail roadshows.
    • Create presentation materials for key account meetings to align on strategies and plans.
    • Help support ecommerce activity for specific channels, coordinating with internal Digital and Creative teams to provide assets, build synergistic strategies and share best practices to optimize business
    • Work closely with Training and Education to ensure channels receive brand updates and product information
    • Assist with channel forecasting to ensure appropriate product supply to meet sales objectives
    • Assist with collating and reviewing program results and learnings.

    Position Summary:
    The Primary functions include, but are not limited to:

    Job Specifications/Qualifications:
    Education/Training (or equivalent):
    • Degree in Business, Marketing or related field preferred. Will accept equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • A minimum of three years sales/retail management experience in a high-volume customer focused environment, preferable retail.
    • Spa supervisor or management experience is required along with prior budgetary experience and a proven track record of successfully meeting financial objectives.
    • At least two years experience working with a Point of Sale (i.e. Book4Time knowledge desirable) and answering phones in a service excellence environment.
    Technical or Administrative Knowledge:
    • Computer literate with good Microsoft Office proficiency: Word, Excel, Power Point
    • Ability to open and respond to emails

To maximize sales and the brand, to sell and promote the benefits of the brand and treatments, train and provide PR support given by Elemis. Responsibilities also include ensuring that Company standards are maintained to the highest level and that professionalism, honesty and customer enthusiasm are maintained always.

    Job Description:
    • Own responsibility for (development and) implementation of sales initiatives and portfolio management within territory
    • Leverage insights, analysis, and strategic thinking to complete deliverables.
    • Represent the business at internal and external trade and consumer events or meetings, within territory except when timing and travel logistics are not deemed worthwhile or directed.
    • Maintain all company standards by described by ELEMIS, Steiner Leisure and VP of Premier Accounts.

    • Experience:
    • Minimum 5 years’ experience within Spa Industry (or similar) with proven record of sales growth.
