    Purpose: Reporting to the Senior Director, Global Digital Experience you will be responsible for managing various smaller projects within the overall program of global ecommerce website redesign and rebuild project on Magento 2, as well as supporting the Senior Director, Global Digital Experience with driving major e-commerce transformation for the business. Additionally, you will liaise and coordinate with various internal and external teams globally. This is a very exciting opportunity for an experienced e-commerce project manager to join a company undergoing major changes.
    You are a highly organized and meticulous individual with strong experience in project management and e-commerce best practice. You will have great interpersonal and relationship building skills. You need to be highly driven, goal oriented and enthusiastic about e-commerce best practice, you will be expected to share and develop a strong understanding of Elemis’s operational business, product, customer and ambitions.     Key Skills:

Reporting to Associate Director, US Digital Acquisition & Retention, this role will focus on day-to-day management of digital customer touchpoints delivered by performance driving channels like Email and SMS.

    Essential Duties and Responsbilities
    • Spearhead retention marketing strategy from an omnichannel lens, creating personalized & targeted consumer journeys utilizing Emarsys, our B2C marketing automation tool
    • Develop an ongoing marketing calendar for email, triggers, and SMS communication as well as clear, concise, insights-driven campaign briefs to work with our creative & ecommerce teams on in order to build high-converting, scaled programs to hit revenue targets
    • Utilize customer insights & work cross-functionally to implement targeted retention marketing strategies to increase conversion with new and existing customers across platforms
