    Purpose: The Senior Manager, US Ecommerce will focus on leading all US-based e-commerce strategies to deliver aggressive sales targets for ELEMIS.com, while being a key stakeholder in the expansion, vision and development of the ELEMIS brand and digital business, across multi-channels and devices, across the US. Reporting directly to the VP, Digital and with support from the e-commerce coordinator, you will join our rapidly expanding US digital team and lead our ELEMIS.com e-commerce business to drive sales growth.

    Job Description:
    • Develop robust commercial plans across key selling promotions, sampling, product assortments, online exclusives and site experiences that deliver monthly and annual revenue goals, with profitability at the forefront for ELEMIS.com.
    • Build financial models and costers, in collaboration with finance, to identify short and long-term revenue strategies that deliver profitability and fall in line with the broader business goals and customer needs.
    • Manage the complete site experience via weekly refreshes of content/promotions, daily inventory checking and site merchandising to ensure the customer experience offers an agile and relevant conversion opportunity.
    • Key lead and liaison with logistics and operations and customer service teams in requesting inventory, understanding key stock in warehouse dates, shipping dates, forecasting and communicate clear dates for launches and promotions aligned to the business needs.
    • Manage and/or contribute to the creative brief and asset delivery process for site promotions, new product launches and new site features and where applicable, work with third-party photographers to shoot key promotions or online exclusives.
    • Responsibility for monitoring, optimizing and improving key line items in P&L, delivering processes and protocols for efficiency improvements across day-to-day site management, planning and team communications/collaboration.
    • Proactively ideate, plan and deliver opportunities with third-party partnerships to drive incremental growth in delivering revenue and new customers.
    • Collaborate with Director, Digital Experience & Operations in the planning, delivery and optimization of the future site enhancements and experience needs to deliver best-in-class and US-centric digital user journeys at ELEMIS.com across desktop and mobile.
    • In partnership with Manager, Digital Acquisition & Retention, drive innovative, new or tried and true user journey or CRM programming for maximum conversion opportunity that increase conversation rates across key channels, demographics or focus SKUs.
    • Contribute to weekly digital reporting to the executive team and monitor/measure and report daily site trends, revenue, product performance, inventory and optimization opportunities to wider digital team.
    • Collaborate with retailer leads (QVC, Amazon, Nordstrom and Spa etc) to align cross-channel planning, customer experience and channel communications in view of the holistic business priorities and performance efficiencies.

    Job Description:
    • Day-to-day support in maintenance and timely updates of ELEMIS.com with E-Commerce Manager, including daily inventory checking, site merchandising and refreshes of site promotions and content.
    • Day-to-day support in the setup of assets and optimization opportunities of key traffic driving channels with Digital Acquisition & Retention Manager, including Email builds, asset distribution to third-party vendors, URL setup, QA of creative or testing of experiences.
    • Setup of new SKUs, product pages and build of promotional plan presentations for broader digital team and key cross-functional presentations.
    • Support liaison with communication needs across departments with a specific focus on logistics, operations and customer service teams in requesting inventory, understanding key stock in warehouse dates, shipping dates, forecasting and communicate clear dates for launches and promotions aligned to the business needs.
    • Contribute to the QA of existing and new site enhancements or experiences, helping to manage timeline and collation of feedback for sharing with development teams.
