        Purpose: The Account Executive will be responsible for achieving the sales plan by executing the marketing calendar of each specific retailer.

        Job Description: This position is considered an entry level Account Executive role.
        • Minimum 1-2 years of experience
        • Experience in the retail industry is required, skincare experience a plus
        • Proven success working with beauty retailers, managing daily business needs
        • Department store and speciality store experience required
        • Strategic critical thinker with high attention to detail and excellent analytical skills..

        • Experience:
        • Create actions plans to meet weekly, monthly and annual sales goals.
        • Communicate and monitor sales goals with retail staff, consultants, store management and regional team.
        • Develop and educate a freelance team and retail consultants.
        • Prioritize schedule to ensure a top door down approach including Focus doors.
        • Analyze business on a consistent basis while communicating to Regional Sales Director the successes and opportunities.
        • Ensure the ELEMIS locations have the correct levels and mix of stock to support sales plan.
        • Develop relationships with management to ensure support and follow through in stores.
        • Train, schedule and review freelance performance with Regional Sales Director to ensure goal attainment.
        • Report sales results and strategies implemented on a weekly basis to Regional Sales Director.
        • Manage travel and expense budget and stay within established guidelines.
        • Submit expense reports monthly.
        • Execute Marketing Calendar
        • Execute corporate strategies to drive successful seasonal launches, special events and gift with purchase
        • Ensure the retail staff is equipped to successfully execute the market calendar.
        • Achieve event expectations; sales, pre-sell, and appointment goals.
        • Schedule and conduct new product launch/event education following corporate approved guidelines for key accounts.
        • Maximize in-store visits by adhering to account specific checklist.
        • Ensure that ELEMIS locations are meeting merchandising guidelines.

          Type of Position: Permanent, Full Time

          Purpose: Primary responsibilities of the Regional Business Manager is to drive new and existing ELEMIS spa business. To maximize sales and the brand, to sell and promote the benefits of the brand and treatments, train and provide PR support given by Elemis. Responsibilities also include ensuring that Company standards are maintained to the highest level and that professionalism, honesty and customer enthusiasm are maintained always.

          Job Description:
          • Own responsibility for (development and) implementation of sales initiatives and portfolio management within territory
          • Leverage insights, analysis, and strategic thinking to complete deliverables.
          • Represent the business at internal and external trade and consumer events or meetings, within territory except when timing and travel logistics are not deemed worthwhile or directed.
          • Maintain all company standards by described by ELEMIS, Steiner Leisure and VP of Premier Accounts.

          • Experience:
          • Minimum 5 years’ experience within Spa Industry (or similar) with proven record of sales growth.
          • General computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
          • Experience in a similar field sales role essential

            Locations: Coral Gables, Miami, South Florida and Caribbean Region

            Type of Position: Permanent, Full Time

            Purpose: Primary responsibilities: to teach and deliver training to students, spa and retail partners in a highly knowledgeable, articulate and professional manner. The role calls for genuine enthusiasm, expertise and engaging delivery on the Elemis brand, products, hands on treatment therapies and prescriptive retail methods. Training should ensure consistency, raise standards and achieve the vision and mission of the Elemis Academy of Excellence. To educate and inspire through education to maximize sales and achieve territory goals. Responsibilities also include ensuring that company standards are maintained to the highest level and that professionalism, honesty and customer enthusiasm are upheld.

            Job Description:
            • Provide training in Elemis training academies, at trade shows and events and onsite at partner and retail locations when required for Spa and Retail divisions.
            • Educational delivery on skin anatomy and theory, product knowledge, retail and business classes.
            • Delivery of hands on practical training for Elemis treatments and therapies.
            • Provide demonstrations and treatments to potential customer spa partners.
            • Assess and feedback training observations on each students individual potential, setting goals and objectives to improve skills and knowledge using Elemis training techniques and tools.
            • To build relationships with spa and account management, feeding back and guiding them on the spa’s and individual’s performance and achievements.
            • To attend training development weeks at Miami Office or other venue where required.

            • Experience:
            • 2 years’ minimum experience working in a spa, medspa or full service salon environment, hands on delivery of treatments.
            • State board License in Skin and Massage Therapy or Beauty Therapy qualification NVQ level 3 or equivalent
            • CIDESCO qualification desirable
            • Teacher or State board instructor training qualification desirable.
            • Previous experience working within a training position desirable with a professional skincare company
            • ELEMIS treatment and product knowledge desirable.
            • General computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
            • Spanish speaking highly desirable.
            • Educational content, web based learning and curriculum development desirable.
