Can food really be your medicine when it comes to boosting the radiance, texture and tone of your skin? Nutritional Therapist and ELEMIS Expert, Amelia Freer certainly subscribes to the belief that taking a 360 degree approach to skin care is the secret to looking the very best version of you – whatever your age. And having suffered from skin problems as a teenager, she speaks from personal experience.

‘I had an ongoing battle with acne from early adolescence that continued into my twenties. My struggles with bad skin, (which did zero for my confidence) led me to examine and transform the way I ate and ultimately, put me on the path to becoming a nutritionist. When I changed what I ate, my skin rapidly improved’.

Blend together:

  • Pear
  • Green leaves
  • Chia seeds
  • Maca
  • Coconut water
