Please note that we cannot refund any postal charges you incur to both deliver the item to you or to return the item to us, unless we have sent you the wrong items, or your order is faulty, damaged or not as described on arrival.

I returned a product or an order but I haven’t heard anything.
Please allow 10-14 working days for your return to be processed and for our customer care team to contact you.
How will I be refunded for returns?
All refunds will be processed back on to the card originally used for purchase.
Can I return an online purchase to a department store?
No, products can only be returned to the place of purchase as when you choose to buy through these outlets you are committing to their individual terms and conditions regarding refunds and returns.

Online Returns Policy

We want you to be able to shop on ELEMIS.COM with confidence. That is why we offer a 30 day returns policy from the date of purchase for nearly all products sold on ELEMIS.COM.

All returns must be requested within 30 days of purchase. Products must be returned to us within 14 days of the request. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the goods back. More information on refunds can be found here.

Refunds

US Orders

You will be refunded the full cost of your products if it falls within the 30 days from the date of purchase. Delivery charges will not be refunded. Orders must be returned to us at your own cost, unless the item is faulty or the wrong item has been delivered. 

 

International Orders

For orders shipped outside of the US, you will be refunded the full cost of your products if it falls within the 30 days from the date of purchase. Delivery, taxes & duties will not be refunded. Orders must be returned to us at your own cost, unless the item is faulty or the wrong item has been delivered.

 

Promotions & Gift With Purchase

Where promotions have been applied, discounts will be applied to each item in the basket. In the event of a return, you will only be refunded the amount paid. If the order contained a free promotional gift, the gift must be included with the return of any related items.

 

International Taxes, Duties and Delivery Charges

For orders shipped outside of the United States, please note that we cannot return any taxes, duties or delivery charges associated with your order. Certain countries operate schemes for consumers to reclaim import taxes and duties however this will require a specific application by you to your local government or authority. We are unable to support these applications or support the return of import taxes and duties in countries that do not offer this scheme.

 

Payment with Gift Card, eGift Card 

Orders paid for with a Gift Card or eGift Card will receive a store credit.

 

Processing a Return

We will endeavour to process your return on the day we receive your parcel however under some circumstances this could take up to 14 days. When the return is processed you will receive an email confirming your refund.
