    Purpose: Working within a rapidly expanding integrated digital team, the Ecommerce Manager will be focused on leading all strategy, planning and lead delivery of the customer experience for the ELEMIS.com business within the US market, while contributing to and being a key stakeholder in the expansion, vision and development of the ELEMIS digital business, across multi-channels and devices. Reporting directly to the Director, Ecommerce, the E-commerce Manager is responsible for developing, executing and communicating demand planning and merchandising strategies for Elemis US e-commerce, while contributing to support of the broader business goals in an agile, fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment, with a vision for digital leadership, innovation and speed-to-market approaches.

    Job Description:
    • Manage all aspects of product merchandising including optimizing site search, navigation, and product presentation utilizing web analytics (click path, traffic, conversion, etc.) and traditional retail analytics (demand, net sales, margin, turn, etc.).
    • Manage e-commerce demand planning, inventory forecasts and topline sales plans. Build assortment plans and strategies to achieve sales and margin goals. Drive optimal e-commerce breadth, depth, and in-stock levels. Direct all planning to ensure adequate volume and inventory levels are met and effectively communicate to cross functional teams.
    • Lead day-to-day oversight and responsibility of operations at ELEMIS.com to ensure key sales and performance metrics are met against business goals in partnership with E-commerce Director.
    • Generate business analysis to track selling, identify key trends and maximize opportunities in the assortment in order to achieve continued growth and profitability for the direct to consumer E-commerce business.
    • In partnership with Director, E-commerce, contribute to integrated digital calendar to own and lead on all strategic promotional planning, site refreshes, site enhancements and key digital campaigns. Leading briefing, promotional offer setup, SKU setup and QA when applicable.
    • Lead implementation and project management of new site features and functionality in partnership with internal digital teams and/or third-party partners to enhance and accelerate ELEMIS.com user experience with a consumer-centric vision and goals to meet set KPIs.
    • Produce and cascade weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reporting on site performance against key business KPIs, making key strategic insights and recommendations.
    • Monitor customer fulfillment and service offering of ELEMIS.com is premium to support repeat purchase and drive loyalty, proposing opportunities to improve against brand quality
    • Closely collaborate with Digital Acquisition and Retention manager to plan email marketing needs to drive traffic and sales, leveraging appropriate segmentation and supporting broader business goals.
    • Collaborate with Digital Engagement team to ensure content landing pages across devices, site experience and the overall consumer journey is optimized for success in relation to driving sign up, engagement and sales.
    • Stay on-top of e-commerce trends and proactively propose ways to improve the business through insights gained.
    • Partner with cross functional teams to drive website features and product positioning.
    • Collaborate with the design & sales teams to understand the inspiration behind the product and to ensure the appropriate focus is put on the groupings that are most profitable for the website and brand.
    • Share key learnings with cross functional partners. Be a stakeholder in the broader goal of Elemis digital growth.
    • Partner with cross functional teams to build online marketing calendar and plan to support product assortment strategies and drive traffic.
    • Partner with Operations to ensure optimal web performance and product fulfillment.

Reporting directly to the Senior Director, Digital, in close partnership with digital team members, this role will focus on leading all digital acquisition and retention strategies, while contributing to and being a key stakeholder in the expansion, vision and development of the ELEMIS digital business, across multi-channels and devices.

    Job Description:
    • Lead planning, budgeting, optimization, reporting and day-to-day management of third-party vendors across paid search, paid social, display advertising, affiliate marketing and email programming, with a view to ensure ROAS goals and KPIs are met or exceeded for ELEMIS.com
    • Plan, develop, brief and create through-to-implementation best-in-class eCRM weekly/monthly e-mail marketing programming and e-mail strategies to offer value to the ELEMIS.com customer and drive repeat purchase and activation of lapsed customers.
    • Own the user journey planning, programming and day-to-day of ELEMIS US marketing automation platform, with support from third-party vendor, to create tailored customer journeys against segments tied to each part of the funnel and customer lifecycle, keeping the brand storytelling and experience at the forefront.
    • Research, propose and plan to delivery innovative, new or tried and true programming for new customer acquisition that increase new visitors, grow e-mail options and new customers, leveraging clear attribution modelling to identify source and CPAs, cascading reports and metrics to show growth and identify opportunities for optimization
    • Collaborate with retailer leads across QVC, Amazon, Nordstrom and TimetoSpa.com and more as distribution expands to align cross-channel planning, media optimization, communications and sales support in view of the holistic business priorities and performance efficiencies.
    • Working closely with Digital Engagement team members, develop and/or lead sweepstakes and engagement tools that drive customers through the funnel to maximize performance and effectiveness of programming in relation to driving sign up, conversion and retention.
