To manage, lead, motivate and develop a professional, competitive and dynamic Customer Care Team
to achieve exceptional sales growth and deliver exceptional customer service levels within the
Customer Care Division. Additionally, be accountable for driving sales performance and the successful implementation of marketing plans. Provide detailed reporting and analysis of department performance
and sales as well as produce regular development plan for mail order sales growth.

- GCSEs in Maths and English grades A-C or equivalent
- Previous experience in a management position in a call centre environment of over 10 personnel
- Excellent employee relations
- Experience in working within/managing a sales orientated and customer service team and building revenue
- Knowledge of collating and preparing reports and analysing figures/revenue
- Experience in using a call routing system
- Computer literacy including excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
