• Beauty Therapy qualification to NVQ level 3 or equivalent
• CIDESCO/ CIBTAC qualification highly desirable
• Certificates in the following Elemis therapies highly desirable: Product Knowledge, Face and Eyes therapies, Body and Aromaspa therapies
• Qualifications demonstrating wider interest in health and beauty desirable: Indian Head Massage, Reflexology, Reiki
• At least one years’ practical experience delivering treatments
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Previous experience working with a professional brand

To provide and maintain the highest standards of Elemis treatments, recommendations for client homecare and daily operational procedures. Overall providing excellent client care, creating a feeling of rest and relaxation for Elemis clients, resulting in repeat client visits and increased treatment and retail sales for the Elemis day-spa.

To manage a small team and the running of the Elemis Account by driving the sales of Elemis treatments and products, and to develop sales and awareness of the Elemis brand using both internal and external promotional activity. To ensure the Company standards are maintained at all times to the highest level and that professionalism, honesty, customer enthusiasm and personal presentation is maintained at all times.

• Experience within a similar retail / store role and industry
• Experience supervising and managing a small team
• Proven sales record
• Practical work experience in conducting treatments highly desirable

To assist in the day-to-day running of the Elemis Account within by driving the sales of Elemis treatments and products, and to develop sales and awareness of the Elemis brand using both internal and external promotional activity and to carry out spa-therapy treatments.

To support the Retail and Spa Operations divisions, working within retail sites, the Elemis day-spa and other premier accounts, by driving product and treatment sales, delivering spa therapies, providing outstanding customer care and building brand awareness through events.
