    JOB DESCRIPTION  

To identify and drive new business opportunities to maximise sales and the brand, selling and promoting the benefits of the brand and treatments, training and PR support given by Elemis, ensuring the Company standards are maintained at all times to the highest level and that professionalism, honesty and customer enthusiasm is maintained at all times. To work with Elemis Regional Business Managers on designated geographical territory.


    PERSON SPECIFICATION    

  • Good level and standard of UK/European education or equivalent
  • Experience in a similar field sales role essential
  • Experience of new business and prospecting
  • Successful sales track record
  • Experience and knowledge within the skincare/spa industry
  • General computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

    JOB TITLE Head of International Sales

    JOB DESCRIPTION  

To be responsible for recruiting and continuous building of a dynamic and exceptional Export sales team. To manage, lead, motivate and develop a professional, competitive and creative team. To identify and successfully acquire new distribution and corporate business channels in the International market and maximise revenue of existing business in line with corporate targets. To ensure that the sales targets set by the Company for the Sales division are exceeded by the formulation of short, mid and long-term targets and goals in agreement with the Managing Director and President of both brands. To promote the benefits of the brand, the training and PR support given by Elemis and Bliss, and the high quality and integrity of the products to potential and existing accounts.


    PERSON SPECIFICATION    

  • GCSEs in Maths and English grades A-C or equivalent
  • Experience within a sales role, working alongside a premium beauty brand with international distribution, you will have had proven experience with growing sales on an international basis.
  • Previous experience managing a team
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Commercially astute with experience of managing budgets and producing forecasts
  • Ability to write and implement strategic plans
  • Relationships with major international retailers and key accounts
  • An excellent command of the English language – multi-lingual would be a preference.
  • Additional fluency in foreign language preferred
  • General computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
