    JOB TITLE Customer Care Consultant
    DEPARTMENT Customer Care
    LOCATIONS   Avonmouth, Bristol
    TYPE OF POSITION   Full Time, Fixed Term – 3 months
    JOB DESCRIPTION  

We are looking for customer services focused individuals with an excellent telephone manner and strong interpersonal skills to provide a high level of customer service to both Elemis Limited and Bliss customers. You will have excellent sales skills and an interest in our products which you will apply in the sales element of this role, and have demonstrated the ability to manage high volumes of customer calls / written correspondence without compromising customer service. Your key duties will include processing customer orders received via telephone or email, promoting sales, dealing with customer credit card payments and offering advice to customers with regards to product / company information; outbound calling advising customers of newly launched products and promotions. You will deal with all customer enquiries and make effective product and treatment recommendations via telephone and e-mail for Elemis Limited and Bliss, as well as processing all cruise ship. Training will be given in this regard, a customer focussed approach is more pivotal for this role. Applicants must be knowledgeable in the use of standard operating computer systems and literate and numerate to a high standard. You must be able to multi-task and feel happy working as part of a team


    PERSON SPECIFICATION    

  • Confident and clear communication skills
  • Demonstrable selling skills are desirable
  • Excellent time management and ability to prioritise
  • Excellent product and services knowledge *
  • Experience of working in a Customer Care environment
  • Flexible working within your divisions opening hours (8.00 am to 9.00 pm, Monday to Sunday)
  • Ability to take responsibility and make decisions
  • General computer literacy and knowledge of office equipment
  • Good numerical skills
  • Previous experience in a beauty environment is desirable but not essential
