    JOB TITLE Supervising Consultant
    DEPARTMENT Customer Care
    LOCATIONS   London
    TYPE OF POSITION   Permanent, Full Time

To deal with calls and emails from customers wanting products and services on the various call channels incoming to the Customer Care team. To assist the Consumer Team Leader with the administrative, people and team responsibilities associated with managing the Customer Care Department. To provide an escalation point for customers and to support team members with their development and sales skills. To act as a liaison point and to deal with issues associated internal customers and suppliers.


  • - GCSEs in Maths and English grades A-C or equivalent
  • - NVQ in Customer Service desirable
  • - Demonstrable experience in a fast paced Customer Service environment.
  • - Experience in a supervisory role
  • - Retail sales experience an advantage
  • - Excellent communication and admin skills
  • - Good numerical skills
  • - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to coach individuals
  • - Computer literacy including excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

    JOB TITLE Customer Care Consultant
    DEPARTMENT Customer Care

    TYPE OF POSITION   Permanent, Full Time

You will have excellent sales skills and an interest in our products which you will apply in the sales element of this role, and have demonstrated the ability to manage high volumes of customer calls / written correspondence without compromising customer service. Your key duties will include processing customer orders received via telephone or email, promoting sales, dealing with customer credit card payments and offering advice to customers with regards to product / company information; outbound calling advising customers of newly launched products and promotions. You will deal with all customer enquiries and complaints and make effective product and treatment recommendations via telephone and e-mail for Elemis Limited and Bliss, as well as processing all cruise ship. Training will be given in this regard, a customer focussed approach is more pivotal for this role. Applicants must be knowledgeable in the use of standard operating computer systems and literate and numerate to a high standard. You must be able to multi-task and feel happy working as part of a team
