Make summer holiday packing a walk in the park (or a walk on the beach) with Jacques Vert’s handy tips on how to pack like a pro this season.
Whether you’re going on a city break, beach holiday or an activity-fuelled adventure, all you have to do is pre-plan your wardrobe and you’re all set.
The first thing to think about is the weather. If you’re going on a beach holiday somewhere hot, then opt for minimal pieces in lightweight and breathable fabrics. For instance, a white blouse is a holiday staple that should be at the top of your list as it can be dressed-up or down and worn for a variety of different occasions.
Kill two birds with one stone with a versatile, oversized tote - perfect for the airport, the beach, or an outing during the day.
Colour. A summer holiday is a great excuse to add some vibrancy to your look, so when packing for your trip we would recommend adding a colourful tee (or two) to your suitcase. Feeling brave? Why not pack some colourful trousers too?
Lastly, but most importantly, the sunhat. Keep your skin and head protected with a large sunhat. Not only is it good to keep in the shade, it also adds a glamorous air to your look. Check out www.style-edit.co.uk for our Holiday Essentials range which is landing soon.
