How can
fresh
skin
help me with my spots?
I know water and hydration are important for good skincare, however I don't drink a lot of water. I think this is causing random spots, bumps and acne that don't seem to be influenced by other factors (greasy food, etc.). Which products from
fresh
skin
should I be using, if any, that can help? Can you suggest any other ways of making spots disappear (that don't involve going crazy with the H20)? Thank you!

Using
fresh
skin
Peachy Perfect Gentle Face Wash
daily to cleanse the skin morning and evening of its impurity and leave it perfectly peachy clean without stripping it of its natural oils. Follow this by applying
Softly Softly daily moisturiser
in the morning to keep great hydration throughout the day and onto a clean skin at night apply
Dreamy Sleep night-time moisturiser
to replenish and nourish from the day and prepare for tomorrow. Remember to look after your eyes and lips daily as these are the first areas to show the signs of ageing so prevention, prevention! Use
Tired Eyes
AM and PM around the eye area as well as tops up during the day. Loving Lips is your handbag essential for use through out the day. Twice weekly treat your skin to a
Deep Clean or Magical Moisture Face Mask
.

Has changing my pill impacted my skin?
I've never really had any problems with my skin until I moved overseas (Australia) and changed my contraceptive pill as they don't have the same type here but they put me on a similar contraceptive and I very quickly developed acne on my face, back and chest. I'm back in the UK and have come off my contraceptive pill now and haven't been taking it for about a month and my spots have reduced slightly but I just can seem to get rid of them completely? What can I do?
--Karen, Age: 24
Not only have you been through a change of pill which will affect your hormones but you have had to adapt to a new lifestyle, new climate, time change etc from moving to the other side of the world. All of these influences in combination can be quite traumatic to the skin. Balance, healing and repairing is the best way forward. The Elemis
fresh
skin
range is ideal to get your skin back on track! Going forward with your age in mind and your concerns the
Elemis Tri-Enzyme programme
and facial would be ideal for you too.
