  Spa Etiquette

  We ask that you always allow enough time for your experience and arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment (10 minutes for repeat visitors) so we can record your current spa needs and details, offer you a refreshment and the opportunity to relax in the sensory lounge.
  
  Please note that as a courtesy to all our clients a prompt appointment schedule is adhered to, late appointments may not be honoured. Treatments begun late will still finish at the appointed time, so other guests are not inconvenienced.
  
  In every therapy room you will find a wardrobe for your personal effects. Please take care of your valuables, as we cannot take liability for their loss.
  
  A robe, towels and slippers will be provided for you as required. Your spa therapist will complete the consultation process with you to ensure that your visit to the Elemis day-spa is personally tailored to your requirements. Throughout treatments, the body will be modestly covered at all times. Disposable underwear is available upon request.
  
  At the end of your treatment you will have time to change and prepare yourself to rejoin the world, totally relaxed and at peace with your inner and outer being.
  
  Please note that mobile phones must be switched off at all times within the day-spa.
  
  The minimum age for treatments is 16. We regrettably cannot accommodate babies and children in the treatment rooms or the Sensory Lounge.
  

  Spa Facilities

  The Elemis day-spa, London is a spa dedicated to achieving wellness through skin, body and lifestyle management. The spa focuses on treatment experiences and does not have other facilities such as saunas, pools and jacuzzis.

  Cancellation Policy

  Credit card details or voucher number are required to secure an appointment. Clients who wish to change, or cancel an appointment must provide 24 hours notice, or full payment for the treatment will be charged.
  
  Please note, the booking system used by the Elemis day-spa London is fully compliant with Payment Card Industry Security Standards (PCI), therefore all card details are secure.

  Service Charge and Treatment Prices

  For your convenience a discretionary gratuity of 12.5% will be added to all services. This will go directly to the therapist who performed your treatment. However, please inform the front of house team should you wish the service charge to be removed.
