How to use

Add 3 capfuls whilst running the bath. Unwind your body and mind for 10-15 minutes. Remember your abdominal breathing techniques.

Make sure you do gentle stretches before and after excercising. Follow your muscle warming aqua therapy with a musclease massage. Drag your thumbs up the backs of your calves to the backs of your knees in line to promote lymph drainage and circulation, then continue round and up the front of your thighs. Don't forget those aching neck and shoulder muscles. Heat packs or Instant Refreshing Gel throughout the day can be a great way to help soothe away muscle tension.

Gorgeous product, feels really penetrating

I love the smell of this bath soak - it feels like it's going to do you good! It's quite pungent but in a good way, and you just want to inhale it all evening! I felt very relaxed using it and would definitely recommend it.

Good relaxing soak after a 10k race

The blend of oils give this product a sense that it's going to be therapeutic in some way. It left my feet feeling very soothed and provides a nice pleasant aroma to relax your muscles in. Leaves skin feeling soft. Nice.

One of my favourite bath products ever

The aching muscle super soak has been a must-have in my bathroom for some years. The aroma is amazing - very pungent, medicinal - I feel better just smelling it. It does seem to aid recovery from muscle strain, and leaves the skin well conditioned, which is surprising. One would expect it to be drying, but it really isn't. Strongly recommended.

soak yes - aching muscle not sure

Lovely bath soak with very pleasant frangrance. I have used this a few times now at the end of a long day involving work and sports, and it relaxed me (no doubt about that), however, not so sure if it did anything to my muscles that another bath soak would not have done equally well. The warmth of the bath together with the aroma of the soak did the trick, but I honestly can't say if the ingredients helped. As a lovely bath soak it's great, though.
