timetospa, you agree to abide by their terms and conditions and privacy policy also.
timetospa may also contact you through email communication unless you opt out accordingly
which you may do at any time by clicking ‘unsubscribe’ on your most recent email

For customers shopping through www.spaforlife.com.hk and www.elemis.com.au you enter
into a separate contract with these sites also. These sites are not owned or operated
by Elemis and are distributors within these regions and as such any relationship
with these partners are not to be associated with Elemis Ltd. Elemis Ltd does not
accept any liability for any loss, damage, expense, costs or liability whatsoever
incurred by you as a result of your contract with these sites and any relationship
you enter into with them is at your own risk and we strongly suggest you read their
terms and conditions and privacy policies.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password
and taking all reasonable measures to prevent unauthorised access to your account.
You accept responsibility for all activities within your account or activities that
affect your password. You must contact us immediately if you believe that your password
has become known to somebody else, or may be used in any way that is has not be
